Refunds & Returns
Refunds or replacements may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The item was incorrectly described on our website
- You received the wrong item
- The product does not function as advertised
- The item is faulty or damaged upon delivery
If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Requests outside of this period may not be accepted.
📸 Proof of Issue Required
All refund or replacement requests must be supported with clear photo or video evidence showing the issue with the item, packaging, or condition of delivery.
📦 Exclusions for Live Openings
Products that are opened live during a Pokeneedle stream are considered fulfilled and final once opened. Refunds are not offered for cards pulled during live breaks unless they meet one of the eligible conditions listed above.
🎴 Pokémon Card Imperfections
Minor factory flaws such as centering issues, whitening, print lines, or miscuts are common in Pokémon products and are not considered defects. These do not qualify for a refund or return unless the item is significantly damaged or unfit for use.
