Welcome to Pokeneedle! By purchasing from my store, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. General Information

  • Pokeneedle offers a unique experience where Pokémon cards are opened live during TikTok streams. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree to participate in this process. Care is taken to ensure that you are present during the live stream for your order however it is not guaranteed.

2. Purchases and Live Stream Openings

  • All purchases made through my store during live streams are final and non-refundable unless the product is defective or not as described, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
  • By purchasing, you consent to the opening of your items live on TikTok. The opened cards will be securely labeled and stored under your name.

3. Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Delivery

• Pokeneedle aims to process and dispatch all orders every Tuesday. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Responsibility

• We are responsible for ensuring your order is delivered to the address provided at checkout. If the courier confirms delivery to the address, our obligation is considered fulfilled.

• Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Parcels

• If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.

• In such cases, we will assist you in investigating with the courier. However, we are not liable for stolen packages or losses confirmed as delivered by the courier.

• If your parcel is damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographs and details, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

International Orders

• Customs delays, import duties, and taxes may apply to international shipments. These are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds or replacements for lost parcels will only be considered if the courier confirms the parcel was not delivered and compensation is issued to us.

•We are not obligated to refund or replace orders if the courier provides proof of delivery to the correct address.

  • Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind purchases.

  • Refunds or replacements are available only if items are faulty, misrepresented, or do not match the description, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information, including shipping details, at the time of purchase.
  • Any disputes or concerns must be raised within 14 days of the live stream.

6. Disclaimers

  • Pokeneedle is not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping providers once items have been dispatched.
  • Cards are handled and stored with care, but Pokeneedle cannot guarantee the condition of cards as they are opened live.

7. Policy Updates

Pokeneedle reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
